摘    要:以啤酒厂的副产物麦糟为培养基进行固体发酵,在30℃经24h发酵后,复合酶中纤维素酶、糖化酶、中性和酸性蛋白酶的活力分别为42.8U/g,582.8U/g,353.0U/g,237.7U/g,可作为饲料用复合酶制剂。

Abstract:The enzyme complex production that was produced by a solid state spent grain medium from Rhizopus sp. RRE-01 was reported. The results indicate that cellulase activity reached 42.8U/g, glucoamylase 582.8U/g, neutral protease 353.0U/g and acid protease 237.7U/g simultaneously in the enzyme complex after 24 hours' fermentation. The enzyme complex can be used as additive for raising poultry.
