纤维活性粉末混凝土受拉力学性能研究

摘    要:活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是最新发展起来的水泥基材料,具有优越的力学性能和耐久性;抗拉强度和变形是混凝土最基本的力学性能之一。本文进行120组不同尺寸的立方体试件的劈拉强度、60组40mm×40mm×160mm的纤维RPC抗折性能的试验。探讨纤维RPC的劈拉强度、抗折强度、压劈比、压折比及它们的破坏机理。

Abstract:Reactive powder concrete (RPC) constitute a new family of cement-base materials, which has excellent mechanics performance and durability, especially in ductility. The tensile strength and the deformation are one of most basic mechanics performance of concrete. In this paper, 120 groups of cube with different sizes were carried out to study the split and pull strength and 60 groups of fibred RPC with 40mm x 40mm x 160mm were carried out to study the flexural. The split and pull strength, flexural strength, the ratio of compressive strength and split and pull strength, the ratio of compressive strength and flexural strength of fibre RPC and their destroys mechanism are also discussed in this paper.
