摘    要:以新型琥珀酸酯为内给电子体,制备了用于丙烯聚合的MgCl2负载Ziegler-Natta催化剂。结果表明,在AlEt3/TiCl4(摩尔比)为350时,丙烯本体聚合的活性最高,达到45.2 kg/g。在进行丙烯淤浆聚合时,随着内给电子体用量的增加,聚合活性增加;在外给电子体用量为2.7 mL时,聚合活性达到最大;聚合物的等规度随着外给电子体用量的增加而增加。

Abstract:MgCl2 supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for propylene polymerization was papered with novel succinate as internal electron donor.The results showed that the propylene bulk polymerization activity was the highest(45.2kg/g) at AlEt3/TiCl4(mole ratio) 350.In the propylene slurry polymerization,with increasing the amount of internal electron donor,the propylene polymerization activity increased.The polymerization activity was the highest at external electron donor 2.7mL,and the polymer isotacticity increased wit...
