摘    要:介绍了含氮阻燃剂的干燥反应冷却工艺流程设计思路和主要设备结构。根据设计条件,进行了系统设备选型。与旋转闪蒸干燥、振动流化干燥等热风型干燥方式相比,桨叶干燥反应装置具有诸多优点。装置在工业生产中成功投用,为含氮阻燃剂的干燥反应提供了可供选择的途径。

Abstract:The design considerations and main equipment structure were introduced for the drying,reacting and cooling system in a nitrogenous flame retardant unit.The equipments were selected on the basis of design conditions.Compared with the hot air drying mode of spin flash drying and vibrated fluidized drying,the system had a lot of special advantages,so that it had been applied to industrial production successfully,thus providing an available method for the drying reaction of nitrogenous flame retardant.
