摘    要:采用FH-UDS催化剂,对催化裂化柴油进行加氢脱芳烃反应性能研究。考察了温度、压力、体积空速等反应条件对加氢脱芳效果的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为360℃,氢分压为8.0 MPa,体积空速为1.0 h-1,氢气/原料油(体积比)为400的条件下,可生产出硫含量低于50μg/g的满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的精制柴油。

Abstract:The hydrodearomatization of catalytic cracking(FCC) diesel fuel was conducted with catalyst FH-UDS.The effects of temperature,pressure,volume space velosity on hydrodearomatization were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 360℃,partial pressure of hydrogen 8.0MPa,volume space velocity 1.0h-1,and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 400,the sulfur content in the product was below 50μg/g,it could meet the standard European Ⅳ.
