摘    要:中国石油大庆炼化公司采用CS-2-B催化剂和Spheripol双环管组合工艺,通过调整外给电子体、氢气和乙烯用量,在30万t/a聚丙烯(PP)装置上生产出弯曲模量不小于990 MPa,冲击强度不小于75 kJ/m2的共聚PP牌号EPS 30 R。n(氢)/n(乙烯)为0.026,n(乙烯)/n(乙烯+丙烯)为0.45。

Abstract:The catalyst CS-2-B was used to produce copolypropylene EPS 30R by Spheripol double loop combined process in the 300 kt/a polypropylene unit of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company,and the level of external electron donor,hydrogen and ethylene was regulated.The results showed that the appropriate mole ratio of hydrogen to ethylene was 0.026,and the mole ratio of ethylene to the sum of ethylene and propylene was 0.45.Under this condition,the bending modulus of the copolyropylene was no less than 990MPa,and t...
