摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司西安石化分公司用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,建立了50万t/a催化裂化装置分馏及吸收稳定系统稳态工艺流程模型,并用该模型指导与优化生产装置。对吸收稳定系统进行技术改造(更换油浆蒸汽发生器管束,新增富气空冷器1台,新增稳定汽油空冷器1台)后,干气中C≥3组分体积分数下降3.5个百分点,液化气增产量为200.8 kg/h,获得直接经济效益421万元/a。

Abstract:The steady-state process model for the fractionation and absorption stabilization system in the 500kt/a catalytic cracking unit of Xi'an Petrochemical Company was established by Aspen Plus process simulation software,and the model was used to manage and optimize the production.The absorption stabilization system was revamped including replacing tube bundle for slurry steam generator,adding a rich gas air cooler and a stabilized gasoline air cooler.After the revamping,the C≥3 volume fraction in dry gas decreased by 3.5 percent points,liquefied petroleum gas increased by 200.8kg/h and the direct economic benefit increased by 4.21 million yuan/a.
