摘    要:在活性炭载铁催化剂存在下,以乙腈为共溶剂,用H2O2一步将苯氧化为苯酚,研究了工艺条件对氧化反应的影响。结果表明,苯用量为1 mL,活性炭载铁催化剂用量为0.5 g,乙腈用量为15 mL,H2O2水溶液(H2O2质量分数为30%)用量为7 mL,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为8 h的最佳工艺条件下,苯转化率为22.2%,苯酚收率为20.2%,苯酚选择性为90.1%。

Abstract:The phenol was prepared from benzene by one-step oxidation with acetonitrile as cosolvent,aqueous H2O2 as oxidant and activated carbon supported iron as catalyst,and the effect of process condition on the oxidation was investigated.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of benzene 1mL,supported iron catalyst 0.5g,acetonitrile 15mL,aqueous H2O2(mass fraction 30%) 7mL,reaction temperature 30℃ and reaction time 8h,the conversion of benzene was 22.2%,the yield and selectivity of phenol were 20.2% and 90.1% respectively.
