在线清焦技术的应用

摘    要:分别采用单路变温清焦技术,双路异步变温清焦技术,双路同步变温清焦技术对延迟焦化装置加热炉进行了在线清焦。工业应用表明,采用后者进行在线清焦效果最佳,清焦后加热炉炉管表面温度较清焦前最大降幅为70℃,最小为4℃,辐射段下部炉管表面温度下降幅度在35℃以上。

Abstract:The on-line spalling of delayed coking heater was conducted using single way variable temperature spalling,two way asynchronous variable temperature spalling and two way synchronous variable temperature spalling technologies respectively.The industrial application results showed that the effect of the latter was the best.After spalling,the temperature on the furnace tubes decreased by 4-70℃ and the lowed radiation section reduced by over 35℃.
