浅紫罗兰色苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物树脂的工业开发

摘    要:中国石油兰州石化公司在1.5万t/a苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)树脂装置上,以HF型SAN树脂为基料,开发出了CHF型浅紫罗兰色SAN树脂。研究了染料溶液的配比、总浓度和用量对染色SAN树脂色差的影响。结果表明,最佳m(荧光透明蓝)/m(荧光透明红)为1.0或略大于1.0,染料总质量分数小于2.0×10-6。

Abstract:CHF styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)resin with light violet color was synthesized on the basis of HF SAN resin in a 15kt/a unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.The effect of mass ratio,total concentration and level of dye solution on the color difference of SAN resin was investigated.The results showed that the optimal mass ratio of fluorencene blue dye to fluorencene red dye was 1.0 or more,and the total mass fraction of the dye was less than 2.0×10-6.
