摘    要:表征了Basell公司ZN118催化剂的组成和物性,在10 L不锈钢高压反应釜模试装置上评价了该催化剂用于合成聚丙烯合金的性能,并与国产CS-2催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,ZN 118催化剂的平均粒径、粒径分布、孔容、孔径和比表面积分别为70.5μm,0.82,0.448 cm3/g,3.44 nm,380.2 m2/g;在ZN118催化剂、三乙基铝、环己基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和丙烯用量分别为60 mg,6 mL,0.2 mL,2 kg,预聚温度和时间为20℃和10 min,H2用量为0.4~1.2 g,本体聚合温度和时间为70℃及60 min的工艺条件下,可获得熔体流动速率为1.512~3.372 g/min,等规度为95.63%~97.90%的丙烯均聚物;丙烯-乙烯共聚时的聚合动力学行为属"上升-衰减"型。

Abstract:The composition and physical property of catalyst Basell ZN 118 were characterized,the catalyst performance of catalyzing propylene copolymerization was evaluated in a 10 L stainless steel autoclave,and the catalyst was compared with a homemade catalyst CS-2.The results showed that the average particle size,particle size distribution,pore volume,pore size and specific surface area of ZN 118 were 70.5μm,0.82,0.448cm3/g,3.44nm,380.2m2/g respectively.When the level of ZN 118,triethyl aluminum,cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxylsilane and propylene was 60mg,6mL,0.2mL,2kg successively,temperature and time for prepolymerization were 20℃ and 10min,hydrogen level was 0.4-1.2g and the temperature and time of bulk polymerization were 70℃ and 60min,the homopolypropylene with 1.512-3.372g/min of melt flow rate and 95.63%-97.90% of isotacticity could be obtained.And the kinetics of the copolymerization of propylene and ethylene behaved as 'rise-decay 'model.
