基于改进自适应遗传算法的空心串联电抗器优化设计

摘    要:采用遗传算法对空心串联电抗器的优化设计进行了研究,给出了空心串联电抗器的优化设计模型。提出一种改进的自适应遗传算法,并设计了一种适应度线性变换方法,同时对最优保存策略作了改进。通过对有约束的测试函数进行求解,证明这些改进措施增强了遗传算法的全局寻优能力。将空心串联电抗器的优化方案与原设计方案进行比较可见电抗器的结构尺寸、重量和损耗都显著减小。

Abstract:The optimum design of dry-type air-core series reactor using genetic algorithm is studied in this paper. The optimum design model of air-core series reactor is presented firstly. Then a modified adaptive genetic algorithm, fitness linear scaling and elitist model are proposed. The computation of a test function with constraints shows that the new algorithm improves the quality of global convergence of genetic algorithm. In addition, by comparison of the optimum design of one type of air-core series reactor with the original results, it can be found that the external diameter, height, weight and power loss of air-core reactor decrease significantly.
