| Abstract: | The concept of soft measurement technology and the method for implementation were described, and the basic structural plan and design flow chart were given. The necessity, feasibility, social benefit, and theoretic significance of the technology applied in wastewater treatment process were clarified, and then the direction in future research was discussed in brief. |
