羰基铁粉填充室温硫化有机硅密封胶力学性能的研究

摘    要:以羰基铁粉为吸收剂、107硅橡胶(PDMS)为基体,研究了偶联剂、气相白炭黑及羰基铁粉用量对室温硫化有机硅密封胶力学性能的影响;并利用扫描电镜对硫化胶断面的微观结构进行了观察。结果表明:羰基铁粉经硅烷偶联剂改性后,在硅橡胶基体中分散均匀,与硅橡胶界面结合较好;气相白炭黑能对硅橡胶起到一定的补强作用,并且提高了羰基铁粉的沉降稳定性;在一定范围内随着羰基铁粉在硅橡胶基体中体积含量的增加,其力学性能有较大程度的提高,羰基铁粉的最大填充量为57.5%。

Abstract:Effects of various factors including coupling agent,fumed silica and carbonyl iron powder(CIP) amount on mechanical properties of room temperature vulcanized(RTV) silicone sealant by use of CIP and PDMS as its absorbent and matrix are studied.The microstructure of the composite is analyzed with SEM.The results indicate that CIP is dispersed in the silicone rubber matrix homogeneously and there is good bonding state of CIP and PDMS when CIP is modified by coupling agent.Fumed silica has a good reinforcing effect on mechanical properties of silicone rubber and enhances the sedimentation stability of CIP in silicone rubber.Its mechanical properties increased with increasing CIP amount and the most volume fraction of CIP is 57.5%.
