基于技术变革的外包均衡模型

经济全球化背景下，面对激烈的市场竞争，外包开始成为一种新的管理模式。同时，外包的影响因素也成为了企业管理尤其是跨国经营研究者们的一个新课题。本文从技术因素出发，建立了一种基于技术变革的外包均衡模型，并把国内技术发展对外包影响的分析结果和模型结果进行了对比，得出定性一致结论：技术水平不直接决定外包，但技术变革的快慢直接影响外包决策，技术变革的速率越快，外包的发展越迅速。

Balance Model of Outsourcing based on Technical Change

Outsourcing has become a strategic consideration under the background of economy globalizing and market competition. The affection on outsourcing is a new subject for investigator of enterprise management or international management. A balance model for outsourcing is proposed in the paper based on technical consideration. The impact of the national technical development on outsourcing is investigated. The results obtained from investigation are compared with the model results. Qualitative agreements are reached. Outsourcing is not affected by the level of technique itself directly, but by changing speed of technique. The faster the technique changes, the quicker the outsourcing develops.
