| 摘 要： | RhoC和mTOR蛋白在肝癌细胞转移过程中介导细胞外基质降解、肿瘤细胞迁移、黏附、增殖及新生血管生成等各环节的变化。本文对RhoC和mTOR蛋白在肝癌细胞转移各环节中的作用及其在促进肝癌细胞转移方面的协同作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | RhoC and mTOR proteins mediate the degradation of extracellular matrix,the migration,adherence and proliferation of tumor cells as well as angiogenesis during metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.The roles of RhoC and mTOR proteins in as well as their co-promoting effect on metastasis of hepatocellular cells are reviewed in this paper. |
