抽油泵一体式凡尔罩设计与应用

摘    要:石油开采过程中,针对CYB-275TH、CYB-325TH、CYB-375TH等大流道抽油泵承压时因薄壁易变形而产生渗漏、固定罩易发生脱落和泵效低的现象,设计了一体式阀罩,改进了流道的结构和凡尔球的运行轨迹,克服了抽油泵存在的上述缺点.介绍了设计原理,简述了设计要点和应用效果.

Abstract:In the process of oil production, the integral whole type valve cover for CYB-275TH , CYB-325TH and CYB-375TH was designed, which improved the structure of flow way and the movement track of any ball of valves, and overcame the above-mentioned weakness on the oil well pumps. This paper introduced the design principle, the important points of design and the application result.
