环氧改性混合聚醚型水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG-220)、聚醚多元醇(PPG-210)、环氧树脂(E-51)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料,合成了一系列环氧树脂改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。探讨了环氧树脂加入量和硬段含量对乳液和膜性能的影响。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、耐化学品及拉伸测试,研究了改性树脂的结构、耐化学品性和力学性能;通过热重(TG)分析研究了聚合物膜的热性能。试验结果表明:一定量的环氧树脂改性可以明显增大聚氨酯的耐水性,且对提高聚氨酯硬段的热稳定性有帮助;随着体系硬段含量的上升,涂膜的吸水率增大,聚合物的耐热性降低。
