| 摘 要： | 分析影响注塑制件内应力的主要因素，针对造型设计、注塑机选用、模具设计、机械加工、注射成型工艺条件给出了相应的解决办法，并指出热处理是降低或消除注塑制件残余内应力，使其内部结构加速达到稳定状态的一个有效措施。

| Abstract: | The main factors effecting internal stress of injection molding products are discussed. The measures that should be taken are provided in allusion to different instances such as appearance design, select of injection molding machine, moulding conditions. And it is pointed out that heat treatment is an effective way to decrease or clear off the residual internal stress and accelerate to the stabilized status of internal structure. |
