| 摘 要： | 项目成本管理信息化已成为现代大中型施工企业在工程项目成本管理工作中必不可缺的一个关键控制手段。该文介绍了某大型国有施工企业的工程项目成本管理软件主要功能模块设计,且此软件已应用于上百个项目的成本管理控制,取得了明显的效果。
