摘    要:为了获得货车车架的最佳结构方案,采用有限单元法分析了车架的动态特性。利用UG建立车架的三维装配模型,将模型导入Hypermesh,并进行结构简化、几何清理、抽取中面和划分网格,创建了车架的有限元模型。通过模态求解,获得车架的前6阶弹性模态参数,讨论了车架与路面、发动机等主要激励源的频率耦合关系,分析了车架在冲击载荷作用下的瞬态动力响应。结果表明需要加强板簧与车架连接处的局部刚度,在冲击载荷作用下,节点最大的位移响应值为0.44mm,且车架振动衰减规律符合设计要求。

Abstract:In order to obtain the optimal structure scheme of the truck frame,the dynamic characteristics of the frame are analyzed by using the finite element method. Its 3D assembly model has been developed by utilizing UG software and was imported into Hypermesh. The structure simplification, geometric cleaning, extraction of mid surface and meshing have been made and the finite element model was set up. The elastic modal parameters before 6 ranks are achieved by modal solving. Frequency coupling relationship is discussed between the frame and the main excitation sources from road and engine, and the transient dynamic response of frame is analyzed under an impact load. The resuits show that the partial stiffness at the leaf spring and frame joint should be strengthened, the maximal displacement of nodes is 0.44mm under the impact load and vibration attenuation trend is agreement with the design requirements.
