| 摘 要： | BT(Build-Transfer)模式是BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer)模式的一种变换形式,是指一个建设项目的运作通过项目公司总承包、融资、工程建设验收合格后移交给业主,业主向投资方支付建设项目总投资和一定的合理回报的过程。在目前的建筑工程中采用BT模式筹集建设资金成了建设项目融资的一种新模式。文章作者结合公路工程对BT项目的应用进行分析,希望对今后的类似工程提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | BT（Build-Transfer） model is the change in the form of a BOT（Build-Operate-Transfer） model,refers to the operation of a construction project through the project＇s general contractor,financing,construction acceptance and handed over to owners,investors pay for construction projects to the total return on investment and some reasonable process.In the current mode of construction projects using BT to raise funds for construction financing of construction projects has become a new model.The author works on the BT road projects with the application of analysis in the hope of future similar projects provide useful lessons. |
