摘    要:啤酒厂麦汁煮沸过程耗热占全厂热耗的50%,能否回收利用煮沸过程的蒸汽余热是实现企业节约能源、提高经济效益的关键。该文从实际工程案例出发,结合实际生产介绍了利用二次蒸汽制取工艺冷冻水的系统方案,并从一次能源节约率和运行成本角度说明系统的节能性能和经济性能。

Abstract:Wort boiling process need a lot of heat energy accounts for 50 % of the whole heat consumption in a brewery. Therefore, it is of great concern to recycle the heat of the steam generated during the boiling, in order to reduce the consumption of energy and improve productivity. In this paper, the system scheme to produce frozen water using secondary steam is introduced combined with the actual production and the practical engineering case. In the meantime, the energy-saving and economic performance of the new system is expounded using energy saving rate and economic performance.
