污泥轻集料的制备

摘    要:选用武汉市城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥,掺加粉煤灰制备轻集料。在一定煅烧制度下,调整其原料配比,可以制备出堆积密度为763kg/m3,吸水率小于6%,筒压强度为6.9MPa的轻集料,有效资源化利用了城市污泥。

Abstract:With Wuhan municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge and fly ash to prepare lightweight aggregate. Calcined in a certain system, adjust the ratio of raw materials, the lightweight aggregate's packing density can he prepared as 763 kg/m3 , water absorption is less than 6%, cylinder compressive strength is 6. 9 MPa. The resource utilization of sewage sludge is effectived.
