| 摘 要： | 针对见证取样对确保工程建设质量水平的重要性,概述了上海在国内率先开展的园林绿化工程土壤见证取样制度运行的情况。结合当前我国园林绿化投入剧增的现状,见证取样对提高园林绿化工程质量有积极作用,就园林绿化工程见证取样制度运行提出了预留检测费用、完善配套的法律法规和标准体系以及建立与园林绿化特点相适宜的管理对策。

| Abstract: | In response to the importance of witness sampling to ensure the quality of construction engineering, the situation about the soil witness sampling for garden greening engineering which was carried out in Shanghai firstly was discussed in this paper. Combined with the present situation of the growing investment in garden greening greatly and the positive function of witness sampling to improve the quality of garden greening engineering, three kinds of suggestion including reserving the testing costs, consummating the supporting laws and regulations or standards system, and establishing the management police which should been suitable for the properties of garden greening were put forward to operate the witness sampling system for garden greening engineering. |
