| Abstract: | The concept of ＂top pier stiffness＂ is bring forward firstly in the paper, it is a mechanics parameter of what reflect the relationship between stiffness and inner force and displacement of flexible pier with pier and beam setting. Application of top pier stiffness in the stress analysis and structure optimization of the pier with pier and beam setting is an applied and scientific research approach. |
