| 摘 要： | 随着企业经营发展对开拓外部市场的需要，大批员工远离企业和组织。如何加强对外部市场员工队伍中党员干部的监督，是企业党风廉政建设面临的一个新课题。积极探索外部市场党员干部监督的新途径，切实加强对党员干部的监督，是外部市场员工队伍稳定、和谐，企业巩固和拓展外部市场的重要保证。
