相控阵雷达收发部件的新进展

摘    要:从雷达发射机、接收机、天线三大方面,探讨了相控阵雷达的未来技术突破。发射机方面,介绍了全固态发射机技术、电真空发射机技术的发展情况;接收机方面,给出了接收机中光学ADC将对有源相控阵雷达的数字化起到推进作用的例子;天线方面,通过实例重点介绍了MEMS器件和技术、T/R组件低成本技术、射频光电子技术在相控阵天线中的应用情况。对相控阵系统开发与研究有积极意义。
