DMB-375S电机轴螺旋键槽铣胎的改进设计

摘    要:DMB -3 75S电机轴铁芯键槽为大导程双螺旋键槽。在立式铣床上使用靠模胎具加工。胎具存在刚性差、精度低、操作不便的问题。为了提高加工精度和生产效率 ,对原胎具进行改进设计 ,采用挂轮进给、分度头旋转的运动方式进行铣削。分析FW1 60型分度头的传动系统图 ,得出分度头的定数取决于 1 :4 0的蜗轮传动 ,其它的均为 1 :1传动 ,如将 1 :1的螺旋齿轮传动改为蜗轮蜗杆传动即可大大提高分度头的定数 ,从而实现大导程螺旋键槽的加工。该胎具具有刚性好、精度高、操作简便的优点 ,选择适当的挂轮还可扩展其加工范围

Abstract:The keyways of the motor shaft of type DMB-375S are two long pitch spiral slots.They are produced with profiling attachment in vertical miller.But the attachment has some problems such as poor rigidity,low precision and hard to be used. For improving working precision and efficiency,The original attachment was redesigned, cutting with gear feed and graduator rotation. According to the calculating result of gears rate,this method is available since its few transmission links and compact structure.Analysing the transmission system drawwing of type FW160 graduator, we can easily know that its rate is depends on worm gears rate 1:40,and other's is 1:1.If the helix gears with rate 1:1 can be changed to worm gears,the rate of graduator will be increased greatly.So the long pitch keyways can be worked out.The attachment designed in this new method has good rigidity, high precision, and is easy to be operated. If to use the suitable gear change, its working range can be expanded.
