摘    要:三峡电站汛期基本径发电,枯水期发电量大幅度下降,须为其配套建设汛期的和枯水期的补偿电源。应利用华中电网水电资源的优势和水电扩机的经济性,进行水电扩机调峰;并与华东电钢实行资源优化配置,枯水期高峰时段向华东电网送高峰电力,非高峰时段华东电网向电网送补偿电量,各方都获得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:The Three Gorges Hydropower Station shall fundamentally be run-flow generation in rich season,and its electricity generation shall be much reduced in dry season , So,there need to construct the peaking and compensating power sources for it.The superiority of hydropower resource of Central China Power Network should be utilized as its peaking power source by enlarging installed capacity.While carry out the optimized coordination of power resoures between Central China and East China power networks,through supply peak power to Eest China and recieve compensating electricity from it during dry season.Thus both networks could obtain large economic profit.
