O_2/CO_2煤粉锅炉炉膛实时仿真模型研究

摘    要:基于O2/CO2燃烧方式的烟气成分和换热特点,建立了炉内辐射换热过程的动态数学模型。以某300MW O2/CO2煤粉锅炉概念设计中的炉膛为研究对象,进行了BMCR工况下的静态仿真计算、O2/CO2容积比和摆角扰动试验。仿真结果表明,所建立的模型运行稳定,动态变化趋势合理,可为O2/CO2煤粉锅炉炉膛的控制系统设计和机组运行提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the gas composition and the heat transfer characteristics of O2 /CO2 combustion technique,this paper established a dynamic mathematical model for the radiation heat transfer progress of the furnace.Taking the furnace of a concept design of 300 MW O2/CO2 pulverized coal boiler as the research object,a static simulation test,O2/CO2volume ratio turbulence test and angular turbulence test under BMCR working condition were conducted.The simulation results show that the model operates stably,and the dynamic variation tendencies are proved rational.So it can provide reference for the control system design and unit operation of the O2/CO2 pulverized coal boiler furnace.
