摘    要:选用贵州省平寨煤矿I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ煤层作为研究对象,通过现场测定煤层瓦斯压力、取煤样观测煤的破坏类型、测定瓦斯放散初速度和煤的坚固性系数及结合初始释放瓦斯膨胀能,综合判断该类煤层是否具有潜在突出危险性.测试结果表明:平寨煤矿I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ煤层瓦斯压力均未超过《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》规定的临界值0.74MPa,但煤层煤样的初始释放瓦斯膨胀能均超过了突出的临界值42.98MJ/g.综合评定该3层煤均为具有突出危险性煤层.

Abstract:I#, II# and III# coal seams of Pingzhai coal mine in Guizhou Province are t as the research objects. The potential danger of the coal seams is judged comprehensively through situ measuring gas pressure, observing the coal failure type, determining the initial speed of gas diffusion, strength coefficient of coal sample of coal seams and coal firmness coefficient with expansion energy of initial releasing gas. The testing result shows that the gas pressures in I#, II# and III# coal seams of Pingzhai coal mine are less than the critical value of 0.74 MPa which is defined by Coal and Gas Outburst Prevention and Control Regulation, but the expansion energy of initial releasing gas of coal sample is more than the critical value of 42.98 MJ/g. So the conclusion that the three coal seams are outburst risk seam can be determined comprehensively.
