铅酸蓄电池正极容量的提高

摘    要:用电化学和扫描电镜方法,对铅酸蓄电池中含有复合添加剂的正极进行了研究.结果表明:这种添加剂能促进β-PbO_2的产生和活性物质的细化,因而提高了正极容量10%~20%.这种添加剂还有利于活性物质粒子和板栅的结合,使充放电循环寿命延长.

Abstract:The positive electrode containing composite additives in leacl acid batteries have been investigated with methods of electrochemistry and scanning electron micrograph. The experimental results show that the increase of p-PbO2 content as well as the fineness of active material could be promoted by adding the composite additives, and the capacity of positive electrode raises by 10%-20%. The charge and discharge cycles of the battery are also prolpnged in association with the intimate bond between positive grid and active material particles.
