| Abstract: | The paper introduces the basic principles of the WTO and some regulations about trade and environmental resources.From the broad sense of "law-ruling",the main problems about constructing legal system to protect environment of Chongqing after China's entry into the WTO are analyzed.The paper also suggests some effective measures that should be taken when making such a legal system. |
