管式阳离子聚合反应过程的数学模型

摘    要:为研究一个阳离子聚合试验系统,就溶液聚合管式反应器建立了一个稳态数学模型。模型以反应器的分析为依据,用一系列连续搅拌式反应釜逼近管式反应器,并以五组实验温度分布作了校正。模型最直接的应用是借以寻求过程的优惠操作条件,但也同时观察到了一些其它有趣的现象。


Mathematical modelling of tubular reactor for cationic polymerization
Abstract:A steady state model of tubular reactor for solution polymerization was developed based upon reactor analysis. A series of CSTR's were employed to simulate tubular reactor, being supplemented by checking with five sets of experimental temperature profiles. The primary application of the model was for seeking optimal operating conditions of the process, however, other interesting phenomena were observed by means of this model.
