Chinese Outlook on Modern Chinese Architecture:Case Study of Shenyang Modern Architecture

Taking Shenyang modern architecture as example, this paper negates the view of "European Center" in studies of Chinese modern architecture. It advocates "Chi- nese outlook" on modern architecture in china. For adapt- ing to local circumstances, modern architecture would go through the course of variation, growth and development, while being imported into a certain region from outside.
