船厂起重作业时间测定与分析

摘    要:借鉴PTS的思想,结合秒表时间研究的方法,从起重作业中提取标准作业动作,将其分为函数型和常值型两类.对于常值型动作的作业时间,用统计方法得到它们的均值和方差.函数型动作的作业时间与起重机类型和作业距离有关,用统计回归分析方法,拟合得到了起重机作业时间与两个坐标距离的关系算式.经实测验证,用所得公式计算得到的作业时间与实测时间相差很小.该方法对于起重作业时间测定具有很大的实用意义.

Abstract:In this paper,the Predetermined Time System(PTS) is used to attain standard operation motions from sling process combining with the time determining method by stopwatch.The standard operation motions are divided into two types including constant operation and functional operation.As for the first type,statistics method is used to get mean and standard deviation.About the second type,the functional relationship between operation time and the two coordinate distances is developed by means of regression methods.The difference between calculated results and spot value is very little through actual experiment.It is verified that the method can play an important role in time measurement for sling process.
