大规模PACS与医疗信息系统的集成模型

摘    要:介绍并分析了过去的集成方案,在避免复杂性的前提下引入中间层的系统体系结构,建立新的集成模型.新模型包括了门户系统,可以方便地实现对多数据源的访问,在目前高性能的电脑硬件和网络条件下,能够满足医院内各终端对集成化医疗信息快速提取的需求.在PACS和各种医疗信息系统的规模不断扩大、系统集成的需求日益增长的情况下,这是一个低成本高效率的集成策略.

Abstract:By analyzing previous integration solutions, the integration model at application level based on middleware architecture is introduced. It applies standard communication protocols to improve the accuracy and efficiency of patient management. The new model includes portal system which can make accession to multiple sources easier. The constant evolution of computer and network performance has resolved the difficulties of managing large volumes of data. By using the model, referring physicians and clinicians could retrieve images and other information more rapidly and comprehensively. Integration model with middieware has avoided the complex interfaces between different systems. It is a cost-effective integration model. While more large-scale PACS and EPR systems are being deployed, the clinical needs have boosted the trends into integration of images and other data, which may lead to fully embedding PACS into EPRs finally.
