世界遗产整体性保护与旅游开发研究--以皖南黟县宏村为例

旅游开发在一定程度上带动了宏村经济发展,同时也带来了宏村整体风貌遭受建设性破坏,游览景点的保护和修缮缺乏整体性等负面影响。宏村遗产的整体性保护规划力求保持古村落格局及空间形态,旅游开发以遗产保护为前提,增设景点,延长旅游线路,正确预测游客量,以实现遗产保护与旅游业的“双赢”与可持续发展的目标。

A Study on the Overall Protection of World Heritage and on Tourism Development--With Hongchun Village,Yi Xian County in South Anhui as an Example

To some extent,tourism development hasbrought along the economic development in HongcunVillage.However,it has also brought along destruc-tion to the overall features and style of Hongcun byconstruction and negative influence by the lack ofoverall protection and remedy of the scenic spot.Tocarry out an overall conservation plan of the heri-tage of Hongcun Village,it is necessary to strive forthe protection of the pattern and spatial shape ofthe ancient village.Tourism development should takeas its precondition the protection of heritage.Newscenic spots must be developed,tour routingextended,tourist volume accurately predicted toreach the goal of"win-win"in heritage protection andtourism development as well as sustainabledevelopment,etc.
