复杂曲面上投影曲线的误差可控插补算法

摘    要:为保证曲面精加工质量的一致性,减轻后续处理工作量,提出了一种误差可控的复杂曲面上投影曲线的直接插补算法。在分析复杂曲面五轴联动数控加工所产生的非线性误差的基础上,在算法中引入误差控制方法,即采用参数对分法来减小非线性误差的影响。方法简单,实用,有利于提高曲面加工质量,可以很好地满足工程实际需求。最后通过实例仿真验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the quality of surface finish machining and reduce the work volume in the subsequent processes, the paper proposes an error-controllable direct interpolation algorithm of projective curves on sculptured surfaces. On the basis of non-linear error analysis of five-axis CNC machining of the sculptured surfaces, an error control method was introduced to the algorithm. The method uses the parameter bisection strategy to reduce the impact of non-linear errors. It is simple and practical, improves the quality of surface machining and satisfies engineering requirements. Finally an instance testifies the validi- ty of the algorithm.
