燃气轮机进气冷却测控系统软件设计

摘    要:阐述了燃汽轮机进气冷却的必要性。介绍了基于PLC的燃气轮机进气冷却测控系统的设计方案、系统结构、PLC功能实现以及远程通信问题。分析了燃气轮机进气冷却系统的工作流程,对加装燃机进气冷却系统的控制单元结构、基于Delphi7.0进行开发的上位机测控软件设计进行了详细介绍。运行结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,自动化程度高,能够满足进气冷却的测控要求。

Abstract:The necessary of inlet air cooling of gas - turbine is presented. A measurement and control system of inlet air cooling of gas - turbine combined cycle based on PLC is introduced. The designed project of measurement and control system, the framework of system, the design of PLC and the remote communication are discussed in details. The work flow of gas turbine inlet air cooling system is analyzed, the structure of control unit of gas turbine inlet air cooling system that is installed in Jinhua gas turbine power plant and the design of testing and control software which base on Delphi 7.0 are introduced in detail. The application process indicates that the system is highly reliable and highly automatic and it has satisfied the measurement and control demands of inlet air cooling.
