水泥窑用液压缸结构分析与改进

摘    要:水泥厂所使用的水泥窑用液压缸因液压缸所受径向力过大、密封件选择不合理和不能限位等,存在着磨损严重、内泄漏大和端盖处有外泄等问题。针对水泥窑的工作环境、速度及负载特性,对原有水泥窑用液压缸的结构进行了改进,改进后的液压缸采用了新型组合密封,增加了辅助导向组件和限位面,改变了活塞杆上的受力点,减小了磨损,极大地提高了液压缸的使用寿命。
