摘    要:在级联分析法的基础上,采用只考虑热源与热阱的级联表,认为直接换热是单个时间段内热源与热阱的匹配,间接换热是所有时间段内热源与热阱的匹配;通过将热源、热阱等价为热流、冷流,提出了二次级联法;在分析各种热贮存传热温差的基础上,确定了带热贮存的间歇过程最小公用工程。

Abstract:A new cascade table is presented by batch process cascade analysis.The direct heat exchange is defined as the match between HRs and HSs with a single period.Whereas,the indirect heat exchange is defined as the match between HRs and HSs for all periods.By transferring HRs and HSs into pseudo hot and cold streams,the secondary cascade approach is developed.Based on the temperature difference of various heat storages,the utility target of batch process heat integration with heat storage is determined by the secondary cascade approach.
