摘    要:为解决JTGF40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中提出的AC-16级配范围过宽,难以具体指导工程实践的缺点,在规范规定的范围内拟定7种级配,以GTM为手段进行配合比设计.并进行了不同级配沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力、抗水破坏能力、渗水能力及抗滑能力试验。试验结果表明,沥青混合料体积参数与抗车辙能力有显著相关关系,对于特定原材料、特定的成型方式,粗细集料比例对沥青混合料路用性能有重大影响。根据研究结果,对贝雷法参数进行了修正并提出了基于提高沥青混合料高温抗车辙能力及抗水破坏能力,兼顾密实与抗滑能力的AC-16优化级配范围。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem which AC-16 gradation range is so wide that it is difficult to direct the project,seven kinds of gradation and GTM design method for asphalt mixture were adopted.Different kinds of gradation road performance including rutting resistance,water damage re- sistance and slide resistance were tested.Research results indicated that asphalt mixture's volume pa- rameter of VMA has statistically evident relationship with road performance.For special material and compacting style,the ratio of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate has great influence for asphalt mix- ture road performance.Baily method's parameter was modified and optimal gradation range of AC-13 that has better road performance was brought out.
