稀土硅铁对Ni60B/35%WC组合粉喷熔层耐磨性能的影响

摘    要:在自熔合金粉末Ni60B与质量分数为35g的WC的组合粉中分别加入不同古量的稀土硅铁(FeSiRe),采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂并重熔.形成喷熔层。对喷熔层进行了显微组织分析以及磨粒磨损试验。探讨了稀土硅铁提高组合粉喷熔层耐磨性的原因。试验结果表明。稀土硅铁的加入。可以改变喷熔层中混合碳化钨的形态;不同含量的稀土硅铁。均有不同程度提高喷熔层耐磨性的作用。

Abstract:The primary goal of this paper is to improve wear resistance of the spray-melted coatings by adding rare earth into mixture of Ni60B and 35 mass.%WC.The spray-melted coatings are produced with oxygen-acetylene flame spray technique.Influence of rare earth on microstructure of spray-melted coatings is also investigated.The results show that adding a proper amount of rare earth can increase the wear resistance of spray-melted coatings,and rare earth makes the pattern of tungsten carbide better.
