聚1-十二烯减阻剂粘均分子量与减阻率关系的研究

摘    要:用室内模拟环道评价装置测定了聚1-十二烯减阻剂的减阻率,乌氏粘度计测定了聚1-十二烯减阻剂的特性粘数,并通过25℃下聚辛烯的Mark-Houwink方程估算了样品的粘均分子量,最后比较发现,减阻率随粘均分子量增大而增加,但粘均分子量过大时,减阻率反而减小。

Abstract:The resistance of poly-1-dodecene drag reducer was measured by the simulative loop evaluation apparatus,and the intrinsic viscosity of poly-1-dodecene was measured by the Ubbelodhe visco-meter.Then,viscosity-average molecular weights of samples were evaluated by the Mark-Houwink equation of poly-1-octene at 25℃.At last,compared with the results,it was found out that the resistance of poly-1-dodecene increased with the increase of the viscosity-average molecular weight,but the drag-reducing efficiency would decrease when the viscosity-average molecular weight was too big.
