摘    要:为了确定注浆法治理井壁破裂的时间,以某矿副井历年来的井壁受力监测数据为依据,分析了井壁破裂治理前后竖向附加应变的变化规律.结果表明,靠近破坏区上方井壁的应变增量可以作为判别是否需要进行井壁破裂治理的依据;井壁破坏后稳定期内的应变值可以作为井壁二次破坏的预警值;应把井壁发生破坏后的稳定期作为首轮注浆治理时间;首轮注浆结束后,井壁应变积累至破坏后稳定期的应变水平的时间作为第二轮注浆治理时间.分析可知,合理地确定注浆治理时间,可以更大程度地缓释井壁的附加应变,延长井筒的服务年限.

Abstract:In order to set the time to treat mine shaft liner broking with grouting method,base on the mine shaft liner stressed monitoring and measured data of an mine auxiliary shaft in a mine as the basis,the paper analyzed the variation law of the vertical additional strain before and after the treatment of the mine shaft liner broken.The results showed that the strain increased value of the mine shaft liner near and above the mine shaft liner broken could be the basis of the liner broken treatment or not.After th...
