摘    要:以某车型后纵梁为研究对象,介绍了该后纵梁成形工艺,并对原工艺面方案产生翻边起皱的原因进行了分析.针对原方案的不足,进行工艺面优化设计,并利用有限元数值模拟仿真软件Dynaform对新方案的拉延、修边及翻边过程进行了模拟仿真.模拟结果与实际生产结果对比,验证了新工艺面方案的合理性和数值模拟的准确性.

Abstract:Taking automotive rear side rail as research object,its main forming process was introduced,and the wrinkle reason in flange process of initial addendum surface projoct was analyzed.Aiming at the limitations of initial project,the addendum surface was optimized,and the processes of drawing.Trimming and flanging were simulated by using finite element analysis software Dynaform.By comparing the simulation results after optimization with the experiment results,the rationality of new addendum surface project and the validity of numerical simulation were validated.
