| 摘 要： | 血管内皮细胞具有广泛的生理功能,本文从血管形成、凝血及血小板和内皮细胞的相互作用、炎症和免疫反应、合成基质成分、调节血管张力和脂质代谢等方面,综述了内皮细胞的功能。重点介绍了各类组织和动物内皮细胞之间的区别,主要体现在 形态、功能、表面抗原及对内皮损伤后的反应等方面。

| Abstract: | Endothelial cells (ECs) play various roles in a number of physiological and pathological processes. Based mainly on data available within the last decade, this review described the functions of ECs, including angiogenesis, coagulation, inflammation and immune re-sponse, synthesis of stromal components, vascular tone regulation, and lipid metabolism. The heterogeneity of the functions is also described. |
