| 摘 要： | 黏附分子参与多种疾病的过程, 目前已经发现许多抗炎药物直接或间接抑制黏附分子表达。近年来以细胞黏附分子为靶点的药物筛选迅速发展起来, 诸如小分子抑制剂、黏附分子单抗、非甾体抗炎药、中草药等, 本文对与细胞黏附分子相关的抗炎药物研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) are involved in glycoproteins expressed on cell surfaces which play an essential role in clinical disorders.At present, there are several groups of anti-inflammatory drugs interfere with the expression of CAMs either directly or indirectly.This paper reviews the study of recent finding pharmacological agents associated with CAMs. |
